We are located just three short blocks west of Main street, in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, walking distance from virtually everything our beautiful city has to offer!
Our breakfasts vary by day and by season. We offer primarily organic, locally made and sourced food, such as our breads and pastries from Crust bakery, fresh milled oatmeal from The Grainery in Kalamazoo, MI, and glass bottled milk from Calder's Dairy. Breakfasts can range from the simple, handmade granola and fresh yogurt, to homemade French toast or bagels and lox, as the season dictates. We will always make every effort to accommodate guests dietary restrictions and practices. Click this link to see a video of our property.

The Washington House
Our main house has five bedrooms and can sleep 10 guests comfortably. The Attic, Master and Green have their own bathrooms and the Gold and the Purple share a bathroom. Each room is unique.. The Attic has a queen bed and a twin. The Master has a king bed. The Green Room has a queen bed and its own bathroom which is outside of the room. The Gold Room (two guests) and Purple Room (one guest) each have a full bed. They sit side by side and the bathroom sits immediately outside the rooms. The main house has a wonderful side yard with a firepit for entertaining and is an easy walk to all of the wonderful destinations Ann Arbor has to offer. The downtown area, the Football stadium, restaurants and music venues are just a quick two or three blocks away. Perfect place for a Graduation celebration or Football Fun! Whole house rentals have a three month cancellation policy and Graduation has a six month cancellation policy. Please don't hesitate to give me a call if you have any questions or need clarification.
The Washington House has four bedrooms allowing a maximum of 7 guests. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms each with a King bed. Across the hall from these bedrooms is a little room with a twin perfect for that single guest. There are two bathrooms on the second floor, one at each end of the hallway. The third bedroom is down in the lower level basement with a Queen bed and its own bathroom. This is a very private space. The Washington house has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for guests' use. Perfect for catering a small or medium event. In the back, you will find a large deck, spacious yard with a gazebo and firepit. There is a large parking lot on the side of the house that can hold up to 6 or 7 cars depending on their sizes. The house can be rented by rooms, South Room or North Room or by the whole house. For Graduation it can only be rented as a whole house and usually the same for football. Don't hesitate to call me with questions. Either house makes a great choice for small weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions and of course FOOTBALL!!! Located two blocks over from the Burnt Toast Inn walking distance to all the wonderful Ann Arbor destinations. There is a three month cancellation policy for whole house rentals and a 6 month for graduation. If there is a party planned we must discuss details . On the booking page you will find North Room, South Room or the Whole House rental option. We can discuss if additional rooms are needed. Whole house reservation has a three month cancellation policy and Graduation has a Six month cancellation policy.
Introducing the newest member of the Burnt Toast Inn family, Mr. Gus . Gus is an American Labrador born June 2017. He loves everyone and can't wait to meet you! This is Gus's fifth year so a bit bigger then this picture. He is now 72lbs!! Please let me know if you have allergies or any fear of dogs....
